  First time in a brick and mortar diptyque store and picked the best store to visit as a first timer. I purchase Diptyque often from online and other retailers but had a great experience at this location. Kat was patient and went over all the scents I was interested in trying out and ended up going with the 34 candle. The other staff member Daniel was also extremely helpful and friendly. I now have contact info for a Diptyque sales rep for all my diptyque needs. If you haven’t visited a Diptyque store before I highly recommended visiting this location (a plus if Kat or Daniel is working). Thank you both!

  I purchase here often, and the experience always leaves much to be desired. Staff will answer your questions, but aren’t friendly. Samples are given sparingly, and your overall experience seems to depend on “who you are.”I recommend going only if you generally prefer to make purchases in-store. Otherwise, you’d have a better experience shopping online.

  Lovely experience shopping for a new fragrance today. I neglected to take the associates name but she was super helpful. I have purchased from this location before and always such a refreshingly inviting ambiance and staff.

  Kat was amazing on both visits. She walked me through six or seven scents, took her time explaining each one, and encouraged me to spray, test, and really have fun with them. She answered every question and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. When I got home and opened my bag I found a generous set of samples to explore. She had already given me a few before I even checked out, on both visits. She is warm, inviting, and really knows the line. I always leave feeling taken care of and excited to come back. Thank you, Kat! Side note: Eau des Sens EDT and Tam Dao EDT layer beautifully. The cedar with the orange blossom and soft bitters creates a clean and comforting fall scent. It’s effortless and just works.
