  I purchase here often, and the experience always leaves much to be desired. Staff will answer your questions, but aren’t friendly. Samples are given sparingly, and your overall experience seems to depend on “who you are.”I recommend going only if you generally prefer to make purchases in-store. Otherwise, you’d have a better experience shopping online.

  Lovely experience shopping for a new fragrance today. I neglected to take the associates name but she was super helpful. I have purchased from this location before and always such a refreshingly inviting ambiance and staff.

  Kat was amazing on both visits. She walked me through six or seven scents, took her time explaining each one, and encouraged me to spray, test, and really have fun with them. She answered every question and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. When I got home and opened my bag I found a generous set of samples to explore. She had already given me a few before I even checked out, on both visits. She is warm, inviting, and really knows the line. I always leave feeling taken care of and excited to come back. Thank you, Kat! Side note: Eau des Sens EDT and Tam Dao EDT layer beautifully. The cedar with the orange blossom and soft bitters creates a clean and comforting fall scent. It’s effortless and just works.

  Absolutely fabulous experience. Lauren helped me try out a few new additions to the collection, and they were ALL amazing. She really understands what I look for, like a stylist knows how to best dress her customers based on just one look. I didn’t buy a lot yesterday but I’ll continue my holiday shopping online since now I know what new scents I want to try. This shop is smaller than the one in Paris that I visited but the warmth and expertise of the people make up for more than that. I’ll certainly come back.
