I am a repeat customer of diptyque candles, but had some questions about their fragrances. The staff was helpful enough but gave the vibe that they did not care to help. Even though I spent over $200, it still felt off. We were at Le Labo right before (which is right next door) and they were SO friendly and helpful even though we didn't spend a lot of money there.
