  I returned to Byredo at Lenox Square in Atlanta—my second visit in about a month—and was hoping Angel would be there to assist me and he was, just 12 minutes before closing the store. (My bad!) Angel absolutely lives up to his name. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about Byredo’s fragrances and their DNA, and he remembered the notes and styles I loved from my last visit. Because he listened and recalled those details, his recommendations were thoughtful, informed, and perfect for me. This is what customer service should be: attentive, personal, and expert. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, but Angel is the standout—the kind of representative who makes you plan your trip around when your favorite rep is there. Please give this man a promotion, he truly deserves it.

  There are no words to explain the fabulous time I had Sunday afternoon at Byredo with Taylor! We laughed over our love of the Jones Girls as Nights Over Egypt played in the background, our love of MFK Grand Soir and the intoxication the candle Burning Rose had over the store. He took his time with me and explaining as many things about the vast array of fragrances as I desired to know. Thank you for welcoming me into the world of Byredo! My new scent is lovely. You were so sweet to me. I really appreciate it. See you soon Taylor.

  I wish to extend a HUGE and sincere “Thank You!” to J. Taylor for making my birthday gift from my dearest friend very special! Although my friend worked remotely with Mr. Taylor to select the best fragrances, the selections suggest I was right there with them. I am amazed and extremely impressed with each of my sacred scents, as they reflect and speak to my Soul. Mr. Taylor is gifted. December 17th was my birthday. However, my friend and I had another party today via FaceTime as I opened my gift(s) with her (excitedly testing each scent). Thanks again, Mr. Taylor.
