I made an appointment for a facial at 12:30, the lady asked me to come back because her coworker was running behind and she couldn’t do it by herself. I called before returning back for the facial, Brandon stated that it was okay for me come in. I get there and he asked me to come back AGAIN because someone was there before me and was getting a facial! If there are two people there and no customer traffic, I don’t understand why either of them couldn’t do it. Won’t be returning.
