We had a gift card issue that was totally my fault but they still graciously did whatever it took to make it right. When I arrived, I was welcomed and made to instantly feel relaxed. During my service, Lara was amazing! Her technique was perfect. I am grateful for the entire experience at Rivet House Spa!
