  I’ve visited this location before and had decent experiences, but my most recent visit felt very different. The customer service seemed noticeably lacking, responses were very dry, and staff appeared annoyed when we asked questions. With makeup, hair products, and beauty items, customers naturally have a lot of questions and may need help deciding between products. A little patience and friendliness would go a long way in making the experience more comfortable. Because of this, I wouldn’t personally choose this location for beauty services. I’d recommend doing some research beforehand or shopping online if you’re unsure about products. Hopefully this store can take this feedback as a reminder of how important good customer service is to the overall experience.

  Genuinely the rudest experience I’ve ever had a Sephora. The male worker was the only sweet one who actively greeted me. The rest of the staff had such an attitude and acted like they were too good to be helping me. Sephora, do better

  I’ve never posted a review before, but I feel like I need to share my experience. Most of the staff here are genuinely kind, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, there is one older woman who is consistently the complete opposite. Her attitude is shockingly rude, and the cold way she treats customers is really unsettling. Today, I was in line and approached her register after she finished helping the person ahead of me. She just stared at me—no greeting, no acknowledgment—then snapped that the other cashier would check me out. There wasn’t a hint of warmth or professionalism. No smile, no basic courtesy, nothing. It was as if helping me was some kind of inconvenience. What makes it worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of behavior from her. It’s a pattern. If she’s in any sort of management, that’s honestly concerning, because her customer service is close to abysmal. Most employees here are wonderful, but this one person really brings down the experience.
