When opened the tube would not dispense ANY of the product to the wand. It appeared old and dried up. Returned to today and was told that I could not return even with the receipt. She wanted the plastic lining that had sealed the tube. Stated I just needed to keep it and just keep trying ! She was very apathetic and didn’t even let me exchange for the same product. Will not shop at this location EVER again

This store is a freakin joke and the women are rude. They look at you like why are you here. And I bet they delete this review like they have the other low ratings. Pathetic. Never coming back to kohls. I’m disabled as was in pain waiting 30 mins to make a return to Sephora
