From the moment I walked in, the reception was cold and impersonal—I wasn't greeted, but was immediately asked if I had checked in online and told to sit down. The issues began when the stylist insisted on collecting my home address, which made me uncomfortable for a simple haircut. The service did not improve from there. I clearly requested a buzz cut with a #5 on top and a #2 on the sides. The stylist used a #2 on top and a #1 on the sides, cutting my hair significantly shorter than I wanted and leaving my sideburns uneven. To make matters worse, she repeatedly blew hair directly into my face and eyes with the air blower. The most unprofessional part was the end of the service, where she confronted me at the payment terminal, asking why I wasn't leaving a tip. The combination of a poor haircut, disregard for my comfort, and this inappropriate demand for a tip made for a truly awful experience. I cannot recommend this location.

I brought a soda in which luckily I was allowed to have but in the future I cannot bring that soda in not even an enclosed water bottle. If I can bring an enclosed water bottle when returning I might come back because I have to have something to drink. Otherwise I’ll just go to a different place next time to get my haircut.
