I even provided pictures and she still gave me the opposite of what I had showed and asked for. I wasted time and money on something I did not want at all, I had to go home and use kitchen scissors to make do with what I had and make it look nicer. I will not be going back at all, I would rather go to a professional salon and put in a bit more money for a better quality haircut.
