  I walked in at 130 pm waited 45 minutes because I did not check in online , I walked out I had to wait longer

  Hello, sir/ma'am, I live around the corner from the grasslands crossing location at 5665 Atlanta Highway, Suite 111, Alpharetta, Georgia. I frequent this location at least twice a month. It is very convenient because it's close to my home and because my daughter attends Kumon next door. Of late, I've been having a very negative experience with one of the employees at this location, Tiffany. Tiffany has made it very clear that I'll be treated differently. I have walked into the location, and she will greet me with hostility, to quote "what do you want", and the next guest standing behind me, will be asked "how may I help you today" with a smile. Today was the final event that drove me to reach out. Two employees were working, and when Prachi told Tiffany to take me as a customer because I was next, she refused, and Prachi had to clean up and cut my hair. I must say that Prachi was great and tried to make me feel comfortable, but experiencing this today, and on every visit, was painful and unnecessary, since I don't know Tiffany and have never had any interactions with her outside of being ill-treated when I visit this location. I only know her name because I called to ask so I could write this review. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I want a call from the owner, as many other interactions cannot be shared effectively via this medium. Amore Richards

  Miss Tia M- highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Her station was very dirty. She said that she is not going to provide her name as I asked for the manager.

  We have been going to this Great clips location for almost 5 years now, but never experienced such a rude and disrespectful behavior from a hairdresser. Did you guess who? Yes Tiffany. You are winning hearts for making sure the reviews of this Great clips location slip to rock bottom. Want to bring your business down?? ..please hire her. She will insult your customers, ignore their suggestions and ultimately not even do her job well.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Great Clips location. The employee—possibly Tiy or Tiffany—was openly rude, impatient, and disrespectful from the moment we walked in with our children. No professionalism. No courtesy. Just attitude and irritation, as if customers were a burden. She rushed through my child’s haircut in about four minutes, and the result was sloppy and clearly uneven—one side much shorter than the other. When we pointed it out, she argued instead of fixing it and snapped, “How do you know?” That response alone tells you everything about the level of service and accountability here. Then she simply ignored my child and moved on to another customer. What was disturbing was how her entire tone changed—suddenly polite, attentive, and professional with them, after being dismissive and rude with us. It felt targeted, disrespectful, and yes, discriminatory. May be Tiffney’s behavior is like this to all Asians. This is not just poor service. This is someone actively driving customers away and damaging the business. No owner should tolerate behavior like this from an employee representing their brand. I will not return. I will not recommend this location.
