Then when it was finally my time the (and I hate to refer to her as this but she wasn’t wearing a name tag) Asian lady as previous reviews have warned about absolutely REFUSED to listen to what I wanted. I just wanted a short blunt straight across cut like I had a few years ago and has grown out. She kept telling me it would look ugly and saying she’d do it longer, I agreed then she started trying to say it needed to be cut at an angle or I’ll be ugly. It was absolutely insane to refuse to and keep telling me that I’d be ugly, again I’ve had this haircut before and loved it. Never in my life did I think I’d take off the cape and leave with my hair wet but I’ve never been treated so horrible for a basic what $20 haircut???
- NRNina RMar 18, 20261.0Never going back. I used to love this place and always visited. My last visit - my haircut was butchered. This has been the only worst hair cut in my last 20 years. The short Asian lady starts cutting without any initial talks without understanding what is needed. The hair cut lasted 6mins- tops 10 mins. Horrible. I have never been so stressed to show my face outside in public. Now I have to wait out for them to grow and then fix it. But never going back. Goodbye forever!

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
