Four hours before our appointment time (in the window I would have been charged a cancellation fee) Sephora cancelled because the artist was leaving at 5:00 and our appointment was for 6:30. I explained we really only had today to make this work, and I was shrugged off by the fairly rude and dismissive employee who called to let me know they were cancelling. No attempts to make it right except to tell me to try Avalon, which is booked.
