Today I walked in and found an Oct Sale Promo and wanted to make a decision so I asked for price details. The lady at the desk handed me a price list of S,M,L areas along with list of areas by category. When asked for quotation on my selected areas, quoted me a higher price and price after discount under Oct Promo. On questioning, stated system has different price than the price list she shared. This is my 3rd experience with Semper making Sales and actual Service provide different details. What you buy is not detailed enough for you to understand what you’ll eventually get as a service. Please apply due diligence and caution when signing with Semper.

They have you fill out a form where you tell them if you’re on any medications and I was on antibiotics which I didn’t know but it’s so dangerous to get lasered while on that medication. But they still made me sign a contract and even had me come to my 1st appointment just to tell me they couldn’t service me because I’m on antibiotics. I said okay can I cancel my package because I’m going to be on these pills for a while. They had the worst attitude and after going back n forth agreed to cancel. Now 3 months later I see they have been charging me still and never refunded me. THEY ARE LITERALLY STEALING FROM ME!
