  Scammers. They charged my card twice for $1,800 after I only had one free appointment. I never approved or signed any documents authorizing them to charge me—I only requested a quote. Afterward, they stopped answering the phone. I would not recommend doing business with them

  This place is great — it’s clean and open past 5pm. It’s not open every single day but they always have options as long as you’re a few days out. It’s cute - just look at the tree! It’s hard to make a place where you get lasered a happy place but they managed to succeed. I’m a wimp & they don’t judge me here. :) Latasha is really the gem though as she’s one of those people who really tries their best EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I’ve seen her 7 times now. She takes genuine care in what she does and making the experience as easy as possible. I don’t know how but each time I end up laughing about something. She’s very detail oriented and takes each laser session uniquely and will adjust the settings based on my winces and asking me for feedback. I appreciate it so much. Their machine has cold air flow so it’s not as intense of a sting. It’s also surprisingly affordable especially when they have a sale and they offer unlimited touch ups for a lifetime if you buy that package. Overall I’m only mad that I didn’t do this sooner.

She is incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable, and ensures the entire session is quick, comfortable, and efficient.
