Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

- ATApril ToroJan 3, 20265.0They did a wonderful job. Both my daughter and I got our ears pierced. I felt zero pain and my daughter felt soreness after but that’s it. It was a much different experience than the pain of getting my ears pierced as a kid. It was expensive between the piercing and the earring we had to buy (for around $130 for the set). It was totally worth it though for her to have a safe and relatively painless experience. We are very grateful! I also saw a lot of babies there who got their ears pierced with no crying which was impressive.

Certain earrings are priced per earring, not as a pair, while others are priced as pairs. They do not make this obvious and did not highlight this at any point in the process. When we broached with staff, she appeared annoyed and offered nothing except to say it wasn't her fault. Beware unethical business models, otherwise a fancy and expensive way to get your ears pierced :)

Contacted Rowan and they were not interested in helping. We went to Rowan because of good reviews, but have now talked to several others that had similar experiences. I’d be cautious with piercings for children.
- ALAlexis LouderJan 1, 20265.0MICK was amazing!!! The entire staff was lovely but Mick did my mom’s piercings and did an amazing job! My mother‘s goal was to get her existing piercings re-pierced, and add another ear piercing. When I took my mom to Rowan, Mick explained that her current piercings weren’t closed, just tighter. So Mick’s honesty, saved my mom the discomfort of getting multiple piercings in one sitting, and saved her time and money. Mick was kind enough to help reopen her current piercings for earrings to fit. Then, Mick did the piercing quick and gentle. Everything was explained in detail how to care for her piercing properly, the space was clean and friendly, and I plan on returning for future piercings of my own. ☺️
