I just started talking about the style and she’s like, I have notes, you don’t need to speak a word. Again, I spoke as I observed a bit of mess up and again she’s like do you want to have haircut with someone else, that moment I said yes. Store manager Roberta made it up and I gave her a really generous tip but I highly recommend to get rid of this kind of an employee (Tiffany).

- DDDaniel DerochersAug 18, 20251.0Likely the worst haircut and experience I’ve ever had. Older woman with shoulder length grey hair did the cut. I asked her how her day was, and she said nothing. I should’ve walked out then. I showed her a picture of what I had the last time and advised that I didn’t think the instructions from last time were updated. She did not say anything but instead, immediately started cutting. My hair had been in a hat most of the day, and I explained that it’s not lying naturally. She again said nothing but continued cutting. I tried to hold the photo up from last cut since she was not acknowledging anything I said. However, she then said that I “should not hold my phone during the cut” and asked me to put my personal device in a specific bin on her counter. Again I should’ve walked away, but she had already started. She continued to cut against the natural flow, never used a spray bottle to attempt fixing anything, and proudly held a mirror up to a bad haircut. I explained that spots looked patchy and asked if she could even then out. She sighed and said that’s how my hair is. “I used the same guard everywhere.” I then asked her to stop cutting my hair 3 times before she finally put the clippers down. I said I was ready to pay, and as I’m walking away, she stops me to fill in the tip on their receipt. I wrote the total amount plus no tip and she had the nerve to ask me if I thought that was right. Absolutely horrendous haircut and total disappointment. I’d had some solid cuts here before, but I should’ve trusted my gut today.
