Ive been waiting about 2 weeks now. ————————- My first visit William and June were the stylists and they were friendly, professional and did an awesome job cutting my kids hair. I was impressed so we went again after 2.5 months. The second visit they were not there and the new stylists greeted us. One of the stylists was at least smiling and friendly. The other one, Tiffany, didnt seem like she wanted to be there, proceeded at shouting at me for taking a photo of my son (before/after photos) instead of gently asking me not to include her in the photo (which I had not). Tiffany muttered that she didnt want to be on social media and I assured her it was only for my personal pics. That set the mood off. When she noted what he had last time I showed her some pictures to confirm and she was just dismissive. The other stylist was nice and stepped out of the way for me to take a picture of my second son. She also asked if I was happy with his haircut at the end. Tiffany was just solemn the whole time, not even trying to at least be kid friendly. when she was finished she didnt ask if I liked the final product. When I went to pay I tipped her $3 and her colleague $5. Mind you each haircut was $10 (for a promo), and took about 10-15mins. I wasnt very happy with the cuts which didnt really mirror the cuts last time and felt rushed. Plus last time they at least used some product for minimal styling & final touch. Thats a 30% tip. When I left after checking out she had the audacity to walk out of the salon and berate me for not tipping her well and tipping the other stylist more. After I explained everything she was just rude, unprofessional and honestly greedy. She didn't care to listen to the feedback, just upset about the tip that she really didnt deserve at all. She said it was company policy to cut as “agreed upon” without client interjecting which I highly doubt. I told her she didnt even ask if I was satisfied and she said if I really thought that way then maybe I should find another place to cut my childrens hair. Tiffany has a pugnacious attitude and certainly knows how to drive away customers. Being contentious, greedy and unprofessional reflects negatively on a family friendly salon.
