  customer service was terrible. me and my friend went in cause i ran out of my eyeliner the staff told me it was at a higher price then it originally was. it’s my favorite eyeliner so of course i was still going to buy it. me and my friend immediately felt judged as soon as we got inside. we already get enough stares since we are alternative and we immediately got that same treatment as soon as we walked inside. i will not be shopping at this location again. please teach your employees to not judge someone by there looks. also when we were leaving me and my friend thought she was following us out the store. i’ve never felt more judged in a store than this place.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Katie Peterson for the exceptional experience she gave me during my recent visit. Choosing to come into Chanel was a last-minute decision, and honestly, I felt a bit out of place. I was underdressed and visiting an area known for being very high-class. I also carried a personal hesitation about whether I would truly be seen and welcomed. From the moment Katie assisted me, every one of those worries disappeared. Her knowledge of Chanel products was impressive — she was educated, patient, and thoughtful in how she explained the differences and options, especially as I was trying to decide between perfume and toilette. She never rushed me, never judged me, and never made me feel like I didn’t belong there. Her professionalism and warmth were genuine. What stood out most was how accepted and comfortable she made me feel. That kind of treatment goes beyond customer service — it’s human kindness and respect. She treated me with dignity, attention, and care regardless of how I looked walking into the store. That meant more than I can fully put into words. This experience truly shifted something in me today. I left not just with a purchase, but with a renewed sense of confidence and belonging. Katie Peterson represents the brand with excellence, grace, and inclusivity, and I deeply appreciate her.
