- RBrobyn boesl5 days ago2.02nd time going here and both times disappointing. Blunt cut above shoulders (maybe 1 .5" off). Took him 5 minutes (I have very thick hair). The front is not even and I had all these isolated long hairs that he missed on the back side. Tried 3x here and each time something is uneven, missed, etc so will drive further and find another shop.

When it was my daughter’s turn, I politely asked if the woman who was already cutting someone else’s hair could take my daughter, and I didn’t mind waiting. I was told a flat “no” with a very rude attitude. Instead, we were assigned to a male stylist who was also extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I asked him if he had experience cutting children’s hair, since my daughter wanted to cut 10 inches off her ponytail to donate to a children’s charity. His attitude got even worse after that. When my husband asked him a simple question, he responded in a very disrespectful way. We were basically pushed out of the place. I understand they were close to closing time, but if that’s the case, don’t accept customers after 5:30 PM instead of rushing and treating people badly. I will never come back to this place, and I do not recommend it. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way.

Sheldon, no one is like you!!! The amount of care, and time, and perfection he puts in anyone’s hair makes us never want to have a hair cut with anyone else but him! If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
