There was a little bit of a wait when I first checked in, but I pulled up to the salon just as it was my turn and I waited no time in the salon to be serviced. Reese was the lovely young lady to cut my hair and she did amazing. She was very particular about asking me how much length to trim as I had the goal to grow out my hair, and she truly only cut off what was dead and nothing more. She also asked me a lot of questions on my preferences and made sure I was happy before sending me home. Overall, very satisfied and I hope I can request her next time. Thank you Reese

I will be looking for a different salon in the near future. My last hair cut they even cut both sides different lengths?!? How do you miss that, before letting your client leave?!? I have pictures of the entire process this year but I guess you can't post them. I called the support number like they told me to and they said the owner would reach out... They never did.. don't waste your time.

Kathrine took the time to explain what she was going,did everything she could to take the least bit of length off, and was extremely polite and reassuring / encouraging with my daughter. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
