I needed a good cut in between my usual longer appointments. Elizabeth made me feel comfortable the minute I called inquiring about this location's services. So I asked for her when I came in. She helped calm my nerves down and helped me remember my hair was beautiful and it just needed a little tlc. And the ladies around her were equally noticeably welcoming and engaged with their customers. There's a reason this location has high ratings. The professionals present truly seem to care about their clients. Please don't dismiss their professionalism and care as just doing their job.
