- SSSunshine1 day ago1.0I just went in there and asked for a haircut and asked a person how long she has been possibly cutting hair and she went off and was going on and on and said I don't have to do that I don't have to give you any kind of information like she was trying to hide something and then all the sudden she starts spewing off how she works at different salons , you know that's just not right all she had to do was just answer the question or say something else but she was very very rude do not go there and the person I was talking to has an accent and will not ever ever ever ever go back there
- ASAshutosh Sharma4 days ago2.0This last cut my hair ok but then she used those small trimmers that really hurt while she was using them on me. I didn’t think of at this moment, but it kept hurting. This is how it looks the next day (check the pictures). She gave me so many cuts, she shouldn’t be in this profession. My wife is more upset than I am. Now I feel stupid for tipping her.

I needed to be somewhere. So, I finally get in the seat, and the guy – I think his name was Avery cut my hair. In between cutting my hair, he would take time to text whoever he was texting, so it took forever, and he cut way too much off of my hair when it said in the notes what to do. Never coming back again; the manager always cut my hair to perfection, (Carrie) and it seems like if I get anyone else, they always screw it up. Not a quality haircut, and it hasn't been the first time. Plus, his hands smelled like smoke
- GMg mooreFeb 11, 20265.0Marty is the "Rock" of this location. She works her butt off and always greets you with a smile. I go to Amelia Walk shopping center for groceries, the UPS store, dry cleaners and the restaurants, almost daily and I have never driven past the Great Clips storefront and not seen her inside working. If I still had my business I would steal her. A positive attitude and work ethic is difficult to fine. She excels at both.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
