After doing the math realized we were overpaying. Found out that they charged us for the consultation $50 that was told to be free over the phone plus there was an additional $40 left on the gift card that was not disclosed) Great experience other than that.

The front desk staff showed me to the locker rooms and provided me with a locker, robe and slippers. The waiting area was calm and quiet. The entire place is spotlessly clean. Dayan did a full body 60m massage. She was very kind, made sure I was completely comfortable, and gave a wonderful massage. She was efficient ensuring the service was thorough without feeling rushed. I would love to come back to try their other services!

After leaving a review about it, the owner contacted me personally to discuss what ended up being a misunderstanding with a newer receptionist. This type of customer service is rare in today’s age, but is what helps keep business. I appreciate them understanding my perspective and taking the time to rectify the situation

She also did my daughter’s hair for prom and managed to make her baby fine hair look full and beautiful. Today, I had booked a massage for my daughter and me for her 18th bday, but due to staffing issues, my massage had to be cancelled. Sharifa rectified the situation by offering me a facial with a free hand and foot scrub instead. It was my first facial, and I will be getting them more often. Andrea did my daughter’s massage and she was also great. My daughter said she made her feel comfortable throughout the massage. I highly recommend Victoria Edward Spa.
