Got a gorgeous cut by Ruth today! I’m soooo happy with my hair. Ruth was so light handed, I barely felt anything. She is really sweet and as a complete introvert I felt totally at ease in her chair.

I went in for a haircut today requesting bangs and had a reference photo. The hairstylist that did my hair cut the bangs very unevenly, and there’s no way to properly style them. One could easily tell how choppy and uneven they are, and the lady did not give me what the reference photo showed at all. The bangs were far too short compared to the photo. I even left a good tip!

Sebastian took time with my 9yo to get all of the right angles and give her the style SHE wanted. Did not rush to cut straight across just because she’s a kid; instead she got beautiful layers. Will def be back to be book Sebastian. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

Jennah did a great job on my haircut. I have gotten compliments from strangers! She also asked if I wanted her to use a purple shampoo. I had no idea what that was. Apparently, it takes the yellow out of white hair. I went for it, and the results were excellent.

What is wrong with this place?
I got an absolutely horrible haircut from one of their stylist. I called a few days later and got an appointment with Jenna to try to fix the mess. Jenna did the best she could with my first haircut to try to correct it. Then I scheduled a follow up appointment with her for six weeks later. When I got there, they said that my appointment was not on the calendar, but the manager was confused because she said she saw it on the calendar just a few minutes prior. As it turns out, Jenna had an opening at the same time my appointment disappeared from the calendar. So Jenna cut my hair and attempted to continue to try to fix the mess that I had received prior. Then I set up another appointment for six weeks later which would be for tomorrow. Today I called the salon to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. I was told there was nothing on the calendar and that Jenna was no longer there. It would seem if a stylist left the salon that the customers would be notified of this.
They really need to get their stuff together there. So, in just a few months, I got a horrible haircut and two appointments that mysteriously disappeared from their calendar. Not only was the hairstylist that gave me a horrible haircut no there longer, but the hairstylist that tried to fix my bad haircut is also no longer there. Not good. I need to find a new hair salon. I am done with this place.
