I showed hairdresser, Carmen, the picture of what we wanted AND explained short on the sides and back but keep it long on top. Like undercut fade. She seemed confused off the bat. I explained again faded up to the top leaving the length on top. She ask what guard I said two. First I had to stop her from given him a mullet. She barely went up the sides and back with the 2 guard. She went to cut the front/top and I said not too much. About the eyes (I rather take a little off at a time. You can't put it back). She said "yes, see" and showed me with this huge comb. Before I could that was too much, CHOP, she cut off upto his eyebrows!!! How is that what I said. Then she didn't even clean it up, it's so uneven. She just used the huge comb to cut it even more. I said no more to be cut off the top because my son was freaking out. Then I had to ask her to take the sides and back up more because it looked like a bowl haircut. She asked if it was ok. I said yes just to get the heck out of there before more damage was done. Now I have a haircut to fix and throw more time and money at plus an upset kid. I had a coupon and it's still no worth the $10.

Customer service sucked WONT BE GOING BACK

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
