  This place has an absolutely disgusting attitude toward its customers. Once you get an ear piercing and buy their jewelry, you’re on your own. If you try to swap the jewelry for something else, or if the piercing doesn't heal properly and you run into issues, don't expect any help from them. The only thing they are good at is smiling until they get your money. Once the procedure is done, any hope for decent service disappears. My wife is extremely dissatisfied with how she was treated

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I scheduled an appointment in February to have my 3-month-old baby’s ears pierced. The procedure was done—we already had 18K gold earrings, but we were required to purchase a set because it was sold as a package that included the jewelry, the piercing service, and a solution that is essentially saline. The nurse who assisted us was kind and patient, and overall the service itself was quick. However, just two days later, one of the earrings fell out, and the piercing closed up almost immediately. Our pediatrician advised us to wait one month before attempting to pierce again. Today we returned, and to our surprise, after a month had passed, we were told we needed to purchase another set of jewelry. The prices are extremely high, not to mention that the quality of the jewelry is not comparable to that of 18K gold or higher. Before going, I called multiple times (I live in Lake Nona, so the distance is significant) but no one ever answered. I truly mean I called several times, on different days. Overall, this was a disappointing and exploitative experience. I would recommend going to Claire’s or Ulta instead.

  I’ve been hearing great things about Rowan & it was just in time for getting my baby girls first ear piercing at 2.5 months. They were great! Took great care of us explained everything from what to expect and aftercare. I would recommend 1000%. Thank you for making a special moment as a mom brining her little one.

  I had originally rated this place 5 stars but i’ve come back to change it. First, the prices are among some of the highest i’ve ever seen for a simple helix piercing that elsewhere has cost me less than $100. Furthermore, they’re not as good quality as some of the other places I have been to get my helix done. They don’t give you a long enough bar but claim you should come back for a downsize anyway (which is an extra charge) and so my piercing rejected. I’ve been to places where they sterilise everything brand new and their bars are much longer than here. The people were really nice but unfortunately for the price I wouldn’t recommend.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This place has no respect for people who make appointments. My friends and I had 4 appointments from 3:15pm to 4:00pm and didn’t get seen til 5:45pm. The manager, who doesn’t deserve that title, was rude and had an attitude from the moment we arrived, she’d then come to us and as we are trying to decide on the jewelry instead of helping us she would walk away to someone else. She also kept skipping over us to service other people without appointments. After 3 hours of waiting they still wanted to put someone ahead of us. If ROWAN is going to allow people to make your appointments, THEN STOP PRIORITIZING WALK INS AND TAKE CARE OF THOSE WHO MADE APPOINTMENTS! Finally, the manager tells us that due to our wait she was going to comp 2 piercing services - but there were 4 of us that equally waited 3 HOURSSSSS!!!!!!!!! What type of customer service is that? Honestly, my friends and I will never come back here. We will never recommend this place to anyone else. We’ve had much better experiences at tattoo shops. Don’t waste your time and money, you’d expect better service because of how expensive it is! Get a new manager.
