    Unimpressed…. Went today 12/28/26 to look at men’s cologne and they barely had two shelf’s meanwhile, female perfumes they had a whole wall and some… before they used to have equally men’s and females where I could actually try new smells. They only had some of the major colognes but that’s about it… won’t come in anymore, I’ll go at Macys where they have more options to choose from.

    Collette was amazing. I was looking for a new perfume for myself (wanting to switch up my every day signature scent) and struggle finding what I like since there is always so many options and perfumes tend to smell differently on skin than in the bottle. Collette literally jumped at the opportunity to help me find something I liked. She was super helpful, patient and enthusiastic with all of her suggestions, and she nailed the scent I was looking for!! (Highly recommend Burberry Goddess - SO good and different from what I normally go for). 10/10 customer service with a welcoming personality. Thanks again Collette!

    As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and helped right away. Erica was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The entire team was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.     There needs to be a better return system. In the middle of the aisle near perfumes during the holiday season is baffling when there is a checkout counter that was clearly empty. I was rerouted and told returns were made elsewhere. Put a freaking sign 😂 had me waiting at an empty counter for no reason.
