I saw this place online and was looking to get my ear lobes re pierced. I got the small studs that were supposed to be hypoallergenic. I bought the recommended cleaning spray and used it as directed. Unfortunetly the earrings must have some kind of nickel or other material that is not hypoallergenic. My ear was constantly infected on and off for months after I had the service done. The lady who pierced my ear was nice and knowledgeable. The price in my option was too high considering the fact the earrings gave me a reaction. I bought small solid gold hypoallergenic earrings recently and have been infection free since thankfully. Not trying to steer people away from the business, it was very cute, but this was my personal experience. I was recommended to come back a month after the service to follow up but I did not schedule another appointment.

Crystal did an excellent job with my 2 year-old daughter's piercings today. She made her feel very relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting a piercing done. It was also nice and clean.

Not the best experience what so ever. Went to get my 6 month old babies ears done which thankfully came out good… But unfortunately the experience here was horrible. Made an appointment and had to wait for them to pierce everyone in the store before us who were walkins. (Waited about a hour to even be talked to about earings) One of the piercers skipped over my baby twice.. while the other piercer was piercing a co workers ear before any customer in the store…. And the lady working the front desk had the worst attitude and spoke so softly for a loud store that I couldn’t understand her what so ever. Thankfully the piercer I was placed with was amazing her name wa Stephanie and she was super sweet and worked with us on placement and made sure we were satisfied before piercing the baby. Went to check out and was basically told a price and that’s it. This was my second encounter with the girl working the front desk and again standing in front of her could hardly understand her and she seemed annoyed anytime I asked a question. I wanted to purchase more clever for the baby but just paid and left because I was over dealing with her. All in all wouldn’t go back to this location due to the experience.

After doing a lot of research I was very excited to take my 2 month old to get her ears pierced at Rowan Winter Park Village once she got her vaccines. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience and I came out extremely upset, almost crying honestly. First of all there is no need to make an appointment as that was not taken into consideration, I could've just done a walked in. We waited about 40-45 minutes from our scheduled time as it was first come first serve service. I had a two months old with me which would mean that we would be on a time crunch to keep her entertained and calm before the actual piercing. There was no helping us on seeing how the earring would look on her as I saw on tik tok videos and read up online. I should of listened to my intuition and walked out of there because when I walked in, I went to the nurse to ask where do I sign in for my appt, and her tone when she told me "in the front" with a certain look on her face gave me the feeling I was not going to have a good experience. The nurse was so friendly with the other families, took her time explaining things, she was interacting with the other babies, and families and taking her time with the marker placement, but that was not the case for us and idk why. We were next in line and the nurse went to help another family that had just walked in, pick out earrings I believe. Now we were up, dad is holding baby, granted, we have a 2 month old, so I understand it could be a bit difficult, but her explanation was quick and told us everything is in the booklet. When putting her marker, I was taking a look to see if I liked the placement. Now this is another thing I researched, that the nurses work with you on placement and if you don't like it, they'll redo it. Not the case for us and this is where it was ruined for me. I did not like the placement of my baby's left lobe and I asked her to redo it as i found it too high. She said no and proceeded in telling me she has to place it there and as baby gets older, it would come down. To me it was all on her tone that was very unnecessary. She could of worked with me, she could of explained it better, demonstrated to get a better understandingnfor me to feel more comfortable and understand it better. I do not like the placement of her earrings bc it is too high in my opinion, but there's nothing I can do at this point. I'm just very disappointed and hoping that as she gets older, it better aligns as she mentioned.
