  Hayley at the Winter Park location is the absolute best - always so knowledgeable. I’ve gone to many MedSpas over the years and Hayley is by far the most intentional and caring provider. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

  I had such an amazing experience with Hayley. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel comfortable and confident. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain every step of the process, and never made anything feel rushed. She so sweet, nice and caring!!

  I visited the Winter Park location for Botox treatment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I paid almost $600, which is significantly more than I usually pay elsewhere, but I was expecting a great result. However, two weeks later there was no visible effect at all. I went back for a touch-up, and even after that, nothing changed. I returned a third time, and instead of addressing the issue, they told me I would have to pay again. At that point, I had already paid more than enough to receive the results I was promised. I was not offered any refund or any genuine solution, just additional charges. I believe that if I am spending $600, the goal should be to help me look and feel better in my own skin. That did not happen here. I am extremely disappointed with both the results and the customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
