I paid almost $600, which is significantly more than I usually pay elsewhere, but I was expecting a great result. However, two weeks later there was no visible effect at all. I went back for a touch-up, and even after that, nothing changed. I returned a third time, and instead of addressing the issue, they told me I would have to pay again. At that point, I had already paid more than enough to receive the results I was promised. I was not offered any refund or any genuine solution, just additional charges. I believe that if I am spending $600, the goal should be to help me look and feel better in my own skin. That did not happen here. I am extremely disappointed with both the results and the customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
