The young lady that trimmed my hair was very professional and her vast amount of experience was evident by her artist like grooming of my hair. You have to call to make an appointment because she is that good. This salon makes more money because of Terri’s cheerful disposition and kindness to all people that she meets. She definitely needs a pay raise or at the very least a nice Christmas bonus. V/R Mr. Golden

The only reason why I dropped it down to a 4 is I was told by other staff they do not do detangling service which I don’t mind that. It’s the tone that was used I felt like I was an inconvenience.They then handed me a brush to sit down and brush my 6 year old daughter’s hair. Shawna showed a lot of compassion and sat down next to me and brush my daughter’s hair with me which honestly wasn’t so tangled, it took less than 5 mins . Her empathy was priceless . After long day at work it was worth having Shawna do my daughter 1st haircut . I never met Shawna before this but I could tell she loved what she does . My daughter was so happy she gave her a big hug and said thank you . I was only visiting my parents in the area but I am willing to drive the hours away just because of Shawna . Her work shows. She did great on my daughter’s hair . Thank you Shawna I hope this message finds you well .
