The business chose to apply the full gift card balance to the missed time, even though no service was provided, and stated there was nothing they could do. No attempt was made to reschedule, offer partial credit, or show any flexibility or understanding. I would caution others when purchasing gift cards here, especially for elderly family members or anyone who may need basic accommodation or compassion if something goes wrong. Customer service is defined by how situations are handled when things don’t go perfectly.
