When I called, employees were rude, unprepared, and unable to find or explain anything. Zero accountability. They ruined my Christmas. The store itself is dirty, disorganized, poorly stocked, and clearly mismanaged. This is the worst Sephora location I’ve ever experienced. Unacceptable service from start to finish

The customer service was exceptional. The team member Dila was amazing — friendly, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to assisting. She made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this location — a hidden gem in the Orlando area!

She color matched me to three different products and was so patient and kind the whole time. The cashiers are always so friendly, just a really great experience every single time.
