She welcomed me and I was brought on a tour of the facility. Kylie took her time explaining the process, and I was handed a delicious old fashioned. The face and scalp massage felt great. I even got to see a Santa who walked into the shop. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely come back and request Kylie, and would recommend others to as well. 5 stars
