This was my first time visiting this salon as a walk-in. The stylist who worked on my haircut seemed very new, which I totally understand — everyone has to start somewhere. However, the experience felt quite uneasy. During the haircut, she had to call over what seemed to be the manager or lead stylist to ask for guidance. The manager even stepped in to cut my hair for a while, but then handed it back to the original stylist to finish. That transition felt a bit awkward and unprofessional.
When the haircut was done, the stylist didn’t seem properly trained on the finishing steps either. She immediately tried to remove the neck wrap without fully cleaning off the loose hair, and even after I asked her to blow off the hair, she only did it very lightly — I still had hair all over my face and neck.
I understand she’s still learning, but I think customers shouldn’t have to be part of the training process. The salon should make sure new stylists are properly trained before letting them handle clients alone. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price I paid.

Not great experience , employees aren't really in control of what's going on, and communication is very poor.
Received a bait message to book for the following day, for 50% discount. Next morning received a cancelation message. Went there , employees didn't know anything , and didn't seem to be much interested. Never be back

A decent place to get a basic haircut. The stylists can be hit or miss so if this is your first time don't try anything modern or fancy.

I took my son here the night before school started. We usually make it a point to go to a barber shop as he is mixed and is very particular about his hair. However, with the last minute demands of our schedule, we had to make Hair Cuttery "work." LET ME TELL YOU...this is the absolute happiest my son has ever walked out from getting his hair done. I have THE WORST memory so I can't recall his stylists name, but she had short curly hair, talked about her mixed kids, and even (teasingly and nicely) lectured me for never having given my son a conditioning treatment. She listened to every detail of what Cristian wanted and even offered her own advice, which Cristian hasn't received before from barbers. This wasn't just a "yeah. I can do that" scenario, it was a conversation about best steps to achieve his overall goal over time. In a few weeks we will be returning and every haircut afterwards. Don't think my son will trust anyone else with his hair again!
