  First time visiting Great Clips. I used the app to check-in and immediately went to the stylist's chair. Stylist listened to what I wanted (just a trim) and did the job.

  Can't speak of quality of hair service but very displeased with customer service. Called ahead the stated only 3 people in the shop and they have 5 stylists so shouldn't be long. When I arrived I saw a list of 18 people and 45 minute wait. When I asked if that's how long it will be and they said it shouldn't be that long there are only three people checked in. I checked in got the little check mark. Waited a half hour while people came in after me and checked in and they took all the people that were higher on the list. So I left after 30 minutes while the check marks piled up moving me further down the list than the "3" people ahead that became "7" people ahead after I had already waited 30 minutes. When i questioned the lady who told me it would no tbe that long only 3 people are checked she was greatly misleading knowing that obvuously it doesn't matter when you arrive at the shop the people on the list may cone in after you but will be served before you. In wasted my entire lunch break. It was deception on the phone that led me drive the shop and deception when I got to the shop. I woyld have been prefectly satisfied despite the phone deception of when I got there they said it could be longer because of all these people come in they will get served first. I would have left and come back another day. But they way the handled this. I will not every become a great clips customer. Just be honest and don't waste ppeoll

  I had my hair cut there recently and I only get my hair cut once a year because it terrifies me. I even expressed this to the stylist upon sitting in the chair She cut the back fine I authorized her to cut of all the dead hair and then she comes to the front and says that all my hair in the front is essentially dead and needs to be cut short. In all reality it is actually just my unusual hair texture she then “framed my face” it is cut so short in the front it does not even. Reach my pony tail. It is not at all blended into the rest of my hair at all. It’s been 3-4 weeks not and every time I look at myself I could cry. It’s impossible to style I will never return

  I was very pleased with my haircut experience, and results. I don’t recall her name, but will know when I see her. But, friendly, courteous, professional and a great asset to Great Clips.
