I can be picky about my hair and she took the time to walk me through my hair cut to make sure she kept the length and shape I was looking for. She did the same for my blow out, making sure I was happy with how bouncy it was and giving me the volume I was looking for. Was in and out in about an hour and 15 mins. Would recommend!

During the service, she started doing exactly what I asked her not to do and messed up the border of my beard. I had to stop her halfway through and go home to fix it myself. Clearly not experienced with men’s hair or beard work. I wouldn’t recommend.

I went back and she said she was able to recreate the picture I showed (emphazis on long layers). I was left with one thick short layer and a tiny part of my hair looking like a tail. My hair looks ridiculous. The first picture is what I asked for and the following ones are what I was left with. I asked her multiple times if she was able to cut the style i wanted to which she assured me she could.
