I was required to pay in full before the service even began, which felt impersonal and transactional. On top of that, there was a mandatory 30% tip minimum, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Tipping should reflect the quality of the service—not be imposed as a requirement before you’ve even received it. The overall process felt pushy and uncomfortable. For the price and policy, there are far better options elsewhere that respect the client experience from start to finish.

I explained to her that i had booked for 5pm appointment. She said i need to wait for 30 minutes. Thats ridiculous! They do not acknowledged the agreed appointment. Stay away from this place!
