She just rang me up and asked me to pay and I asked her if I had any points or credits I could use and its as if I was asking her to do me a favor. So she redid the transaction and told me to pay...again she wouldn't answer me about the points. I nicely asked if they had been redeemed. Super rude bad attitude.
