I did a cryotherapy session. Everything was spotless. The staff was wonderful and I enjoyed my session.

$59 for a sauna visit seems overpriced to me while a place down the road is $20. I was shocked at this, wouldn’t have come if I knew but that parts on me. Sauna itself was great. Aside from that was disappointed in the lack of customer service. I did not receive a tour, instruction on how to use or work the lights just “in the back, straight ahead.” Was not given a towel, just a wash cloth for after. For $59, we can do better.

Got an inbody scan done (stepped on a scale for 45 seconds) and they tried to charge me $70 with a straight face. Most absurd thing I’ve ever seen. Used to be $25 which was a little high but reasonable. Always had a problem with this place and their staff / pricing. Will never return. I’m shocked they’re still in business honestly. Go to iCryo or a gym that offers similar services.

Not the greatest. They were more interested in upselling me on more services than helping me find something that would be helpful. Additionally when I did select the red light therapy the guy was rushing me and didn't even give me a chance to change before starting the 20 minute timer on the red light.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU READ THE BELOW. IT IS WAS NOT CREATED BY THIS WRITER: Some reviews for Restore Hyper Wellness mention that staff may be untrained, with some employees reporting a "sink or swim" approach to training and some managers being unsupportive. Some specific locations may face issues like poor management or inconsistent procedures that could contribute to a perception of untrained staff. START OF MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SITE. This site lacks efficiency and competency. The site is in need of a regulatory agency visit to review their practices, particularly their pre-screening process Most upsetting is they did not take the time to read the completed questionnaire I had submitted a few hours before my arrival. Total time spent in attempting a visit was approximately 3 hours. This includs the wait time and time they had me complete a NEW form, IDENTICAL to the one I did at home. I am on an antihypertensive med which have no interaction with the any of their infusions except one that may have a high level of Potassium. They still let me sit there from 1:30 to 2:45 initially informing me I could not self select any infusion without MD clearance. During the same interaction I was told I could get NR (not certain this was the one but similar). Bottomline, the wait is what got to me and my valuable time. I waited, and waited. Watched as they placed two other IV’s. Finally someone came over and stated they could not treat me at all with their VITAMINS. Hmm, that would have been nice to know WHEN I SENT YOU MY FORM PRIOR TO DRIVING TO YOU SUITE! I plan on going to social media to see how many people state “no medication” when they are taking something! It would be unusual for all their clients to not be on SOME type of medication. This is where I think a regulatory agency needs to more closely oversee their facilities practices, pre-screening even for drugs, because really that is where they are going to run into trouble. I question if, just like ear piercing salons they use LPN’s and not all staff are RN’s. There is NP supervision I was told but that is not good enough. At some point they are going to have a failed outcome. I return to work tomorrow after my one unfilling day off, to work a 50 hr week in a hospital setting, unlike their cushy job. They wasted 3-4 hrs of my valuable time today. Hope they get fined or shut down.
