Corey was truly a professional, attentive and pleasant stylist and he did a great job! I can tell this location and staff will be a success! Thank you for the Cibu goodies!

However, once I got in my car and ran my hand through my hair, I immediately felt a blunt, uneven chop at the bottom and pulled over to look. I had clearly asked for my hair to be thinned with texturizing shears in the mid-section/top area, but instead the bottom was chopped, leaving it choppy and unblended while the area I asked to be addressed was untouched. I also developed a raised, bumpy rash along my hairline at the nape of my neck, which I did not have before. I did receive a refund, but still had to pay another salon to fix the cut. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

- RBRoberto BenejamDec 17, 20251.0Went for a regular haircut. Upon trimming my right side (ear/eye area) she lift the trimmer too quickly partially taking a part of my eyebrow. She apologized and "tried to fix it" (there was no way), and continue both apologizing while sometimes saying things like "it doesn't look that bad" or justifying "never happening in all her years of experience. While I can understand mistakes and we are all human, don't underestimate how it affects someone (not to mention for the Holidays!), especially when I was clear communicating it upset me. She ended up laughing off with the cashier about it in front of me during checkout. Really unprofessional! The fact that I was only offered a partial refund on my haircut was the cherry on top.
