  Suzanne cut my hair and did a wonderful job. My hair is fine, cowlicks, and thin. She gave me a precision cut. Very pleased!

  Horrible experience. I booked an appointment online for a classic cut and blow dry for $48, my daughter only wanted curtain bangs and nothing else. So we went in and the girl who took my daughter to cut her hair did not know how to do curtain bangs and needed help, ok no big deal so they cut two pieces of hair in the front and then blow dried it out. It was time to pay and I heard one of the ladies who worked there tell the girl who cut my daughter a hair that she needs to charge me more than $48 more that was not a classic cut so the girl charges me $75 !! To cut two pieces of hair and blow dry. What a shady business and shady people! I will NEVER go back to this place and I’ve already have told all of my friends and family do not waste your time or give your money to this business !!

  Cut hair just as I specified and very friendly, but did not honor a promotional coupon and we felt duped by that and thought it was poor business practice. So we paid double what the coupon said. Although service was good and cuts nice, this is false advertising and once they get you in the salon it’s an entirely different story and price. Probably never go back again because of that. It was literally a LIE.

  Set an appointment same day and arrived a few minutes early for my daughter’s hair cut. There was a woman outside smoking a cigarette and once we came in she approached the front counter and the smell of cigarette smoke coming off of her almost made us leave. My daughter has allergy issues and smoke is a major one. The women asked if we wanted to wait or she could cut her hair. There’s absolutely NO way I would let her hands anywhere near my kids hair smelling like that! You work with peoples hair and smoke attaches to it like glue. We waited for someone else. Unfortunately this girl had very little clue what she was doing. I should have just left right there but I tried to have an open mind. We told her exactly how much and at the most to cut off. 3 to 4 tops! My daughter has extremely long hair and keeps it that way. She cut and cut and cut and cut. Until she saw my face. She turned and looked dead at me and said it’s ok it’s still really long. Excuse me?!? You are not the judge of that, we are and she ended up cutting almost 6 inches off!!!! I advised her that we like it long and I told her to stop cutting immediately and do not cut any shorter. Then trying to explain to her how to simply cut angle bangs was a joke. She had no idea what we were talking about and wanted to go straight across, she eventually had to bring somebody else over to do the job for her. I told her the hair is way too short, but obviously there is nothing we could do about it now is there? My daughter is devastated and so am I. Even if you’re looking for something cheap go somewhere else.

  Jan/16/26 Walked in asked Ashley if she new how to do a stackable bob on curly hair, which i have, she responded sure! and I said " I want to make sure that you do. She started cutting , she finished i looked and i said..that's not a bob! and she said my assistant Miley will dry it for you which she did..it was cut up to my ears and it was very uneven and Miley said! it looks uneven because of your highlights! that's why and I can go on and on but it is what it is! and I have to deal with it and let grow out. The worst experience ever, I definitely will never ever go back to that place again!!!!
