Laura was able to balance phone, entrants, as well as clients and she kept her pleasant aspect. Another important trait Laura displayed was the conscientious effort to assure my satisfaction. She told me several times that if the coloring treatment didn't blend yo my liking she would reblend it. As it turned out, it was wonderful.
