  Staff very helpful and friendly and very welcoming here. I am from Toronto and the level of service to this sephora in Florida is night and day. I will always be returning here.

  I wouldn't recommend making an appointment to get your makeup done here. I've made two appointments, a year apart, to have my makeup done before an important event. Both times I made the appointment through an employee in person because I didn't trust the app to get it right. Both times, I planned a very busy day around the appointment. Both times, I arrived and was told they didn't know anything about the appointment. The 2 stars are for these reasons. The staff is generally nice here and I do occasionally shop here. However, I won't ever let them let me down again like this. Yesterday was terrible timing, had to rush home and try to get ready myself very quickly before an awards ceremony. It added stress to an already stressful day.

  I had the best experience at this store. As a middle-aged woman on the hunt for a foundation that actually looks and feels good, I came in wanting honest guidance, not hype. A Sephora employee, Bannexa, asked if I needed help when I first walked in. I was doing a little recon on my own, so I said no. She respected that and gave me space, which I really appreciated. When I eventually made my way back to her, she was nearby and happy to help. I had previously purchased foundations there, including Saie, but I hadn’t been fully satisfied with the results. Bannexa took the time to walk me through the top three brands she would recommend, explaining why they might work better for my skin (with legit full coverage) than others. She also helped me find my exact shade match, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was how much effort she put into helping me make the right decision. She gave me samples to take home so I could see how the foundations wore throughout the day instead of rushing into a purchase. She also explained how serums for dark spots work and why SPF is essential when using them, which was incredibly helpful. I actually learned something during my visit. I left the store feeling confident, informed, and genuinely cared for. Bannexa went above and beyond, and it made a lasting impression. Makeup may seem like a small thing, but it’s personal, and the right guidance makes all the difference. Thank you, Bannexa, for such a thoughtful and memorable experience.

  We were part of a Gasparilla parade on Valentine’s Day and our makeup artist canceled On us the morning of. We called Sephora and Elizabeth ( Bitsy) came in on her day off to accommodate us! She was a wealth of knowledge, and my makeup did not move for the 12 hours that I was out! She is so sweet and adorable and I’m so grateful that she was able to assist us!
