- LPLina PDec 21, 20251.0I have attempted to make an account several times as a student and have had no luck due to the website not working. Went in person to make an account and the employees wanted nothing to do with my proof of enrollment, and told me that I had to make my own account to 'prove' enrollment after I had explained to them that I already had proof on my phone (my enrollment papers, my finance plans, my schedules, and my physical name tag). I had then asked if I could make my account in person and they told me no and to just do it myself, and if that didn't work then I would have to call their office- which I ended up having to call. The SalonCentric office was shut and when I had gone up to an employee she told me she knew that they were shut. If I can avoid a salon centric I will, unfortunately for me they have the brands my school carry :/ I am personally not a fan of how they were just so unwilling to help and the overall feeling of the location was that they wanted nothing to do with me. TLDR, I went to a salon centric for assistance, employees played in my face and wasted my time

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
