This morning I find out that policies have changed and I know longer can place a phone order for pickup. This would be fine but when I asked for help I was placed on hold for 5 mins so I had to call back. She tells me she had to check out a customer. Was me calling first not a priority or do you not have enough staff? All of this hassle to order 2 sets of shampoo and conditioner for a close friend who lives near this location. I finally get everything to work to find out the items I need are not all in stock. What a waste of time. I will no longer shop at this location.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
