A few minutes later, my son told me that Oscar had moved us to the bottom of the list. I went inside to wait, and when I arrived, there was no one else in the waiting room. About five minutes later, others started coming in. Even after I explained to Oscar that we were already checked in and had been moved down unfairly, he made no effort to correct the issue and simply took the next person in line. This was very disappointing, and as a result, I won’t be returning to this location.

My son and I visited for a specific haircut he wanted: a low fade with a textured top. We showed the barber a reference photo, and she assured us that she understood the style we were looking for. Unfortunately, the result was nowhere near what we requested. The fade was cut far too high, leaving one side of his hair bold and choppy, while the other side wasn’t even cut at all. It seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. To make matters worse, my son was visibly upset by how his hair turned out. Overall, the result was disappointing, and the barber's demeanor was unprofessional. I wish I could give this place a zero-star review.
