    Went today and got a wash, cut and blow dry by Marta. She was wonderful. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. I highly recommend her.

    **UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** I booked an appointment with someone in the salon on 11/24/25. I get to my appointment today and the stylist tells me there’s NO HOT WATER. The person who booked my appointment should have me that yesterday. A total waste of a trip!!!!!! The overall lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer care made the entire interaction frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend.

    This salon is a scam, be careful while booking the appointment.It showed me $40 which I am attaching screenshot which still shows as my service charges in my account but at the billing register lady charged me $60 saying that since my hairs are slightly below shoulder so there is charge of $20 for long hair.first of all hairs aren’t long & second why your booking website doesn’t mention that hairs below shoulder are long which I never heard off.Jc penny has brand name showing different in website & charging different in register is called fraud.please do the price match & reverse $20.cheating people after service is not going to earn loyalty Pooja Sharma
