The Boca locations manager is so very rude. She always has an attitude. I will always drive out of my way to go to this location! Megan is so helpful and friendly:)

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases can be returned with a valid receipt. Online orders $150 or less can be returned in store within 90 days, excluding electrical items and shears. Electrical items and shears can be returned within 60 days with original receipt. Refunds are processed as gift cards.
