  I received a laser glow facial from Nashaly. She was both professional and personable. Each step of the process was explained yet the atmosphere remained relaxing. I must confess I almost fell asleep! Even on this first day after I can see a difference in my complexion. She’s quite the miracle worker as I have sun damage from years of no sunscreen as do many women from back in the day. It’s time to take care of myself.

  I had the Signature Facial with Jennifer today❤️ She is very knowledgeable regarding what I need to address my skin issues. Very happy with the staff too! Dr Vega is awesome also .

  In response to the owners reply to my review- I never missed a follow up appt, I actually called a week early to be seen and texted photos to the cell phone of the doctor and was told to wait until my follow up “to give things time to settle” the only appointment that was missed was the free facial I was offered. No one ever reached out to me after that to re evaluate my lips or discuss dissolution. All of my concerns were expressed in a very timely manner. They just weren’t taken care of professionally. 4 months post lip filler— 1.2 cc I provided multiple photos to show how asymmetrical my lip filler was placed. I had a great first visit with Dr. Vega and Jennifer, and no complaints about my Botox but I would not recommend getting filler done here. I returned for a follow up appointment and the doctor tried to correct the initial asymmetry. It ended up being even worse after that. The second follow up he told me I was asymmetrical to begin with and offered to show me my before photos. I wanted to cry and I think I actually did after I explained it was for this exact reason I spent years hesitating to get my lips done. They said I should wait to dissolve them because they were going on vacation the following day. They offered me a free facial in lieu of my dissatisfaction which I thought was humorous when you consider the cost comparison. I have since found an injector that I trust and planning to dissolve and re do my lips. As a healthcare provider and small business owner I was very upset with how the situation was handled and the fact that they never reached out to make things right after I didn’t take them up on the facial. It’s hard to write a bad review about a local business you wanted to put your faith in, but I’m just trying to save someone else the time and frustration as far as fillers go.
