  I have been a customer for a few years along with my kids. I had the worst experience in my life last week. My hair was halfway down my back when I walked in and asked for 3 inches off. Now my hair has been completely butchered and I can't even get it in a ponytail. All different uneven lengths. The hair dresser Kat that committed this atrocity was cold and rude while chopping up my hair. She seemed angry and I don't know if she had something personal going on but she cut my hair so bad that when I returned to get help fixing it the other hairdressers gasped in shock. The manager did the best she could do with what she had to work with. Hair bands, clips and scarves are in my future for next couple of months.

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my elderly mother received at your salon this past Saturday. Location 475 21st street ste10-A Vero beach Fl 32960 The stylist, whose name was May, provided a shampoo, cut, and blow-dry service totaling nearly $70. Unfortunately, the final result did not meet reasonable expectations. My mother has a short wedge haircut, and her hair appeared unfinished when we returned home. It seemed that her hair was simply dried after the cut rather than properly styled. Additionally, I was very concerned by the stylist’s behavior during the appointment. She repeatedly left in the middle of the haircut to use the restroom. When she returned, she appeared disoriented—her nose was running, she was stumbling and swaying, and her overall demeanor was unprofessional. She also engaged in unrelated conversation about her daughter owning a salon in Stuart, which further detracted from the service experience. Given these observations, I found the situation both uncomfortable and concerning, particularly considering my mother’s age and vulnerability. This experience has led me to question the standards of professionalism and oversight at your establishment. As a result, I do not plan to return. However, I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. Thank you Stephanie it has been a week and no one has reached out having this woman work in your salon whom is under the influence is very disheartening

  My baby has been going to Great clips since he was 2 He's 7 now.. You definitely don't go to Great clips for its exquisite stylists. Sometimes I just wish they would get somebody in there that was a little bit nicer with kids. They have his cut on file so I appreciate that he can just go in there and ask for his usual cut. OKAY! I'm cracking under no pressure! I'll tell you what bothered me!! Honestly the lady that was in there today I don't know if she was management but she had on glasses. There's an older woman (senior years) that works there and I believe she's been there for a while.. I've seen her before.... when I got there the woman asked her If it was her turn to do a cut or if she was leaving.. The older woman very soft-spoken said "I'm going to count my drawer and check out" .. The woman then snapped at her and said "okay, so no?!" With quite a tone.. that little lady was such a saint she didn't even flinch she just continued what she was doing.. That just was not an appropriate way to talk to an employee in front of a customer.. And she wasn't very much nicer to my son.. I don't think she was doing it on purpose but even her coworker who was standing behind her doing another service was looking at my family and then looking at her and smiling to lighten the mood..
