My scalp is always itching and dry my hair is super dry and just frizz no curls left. Krystal knows her products well, she gifted me some awesome samples to properly remove buildup and bring back the PH balance of my hair (K18), Olaplex 4-in -1, Redkin mega curls hydramelt treatment to mention a few , to try them out….. but hands down my ultimate favorite was “the kure” intense bond repair mask by amika: Came back to buy the whole regimen with shampoo and conditioner and leave Krystal a review because Dominican hair is not easy to hydrate properly and she knows alot of the great products in the store.👌

Complimented a display and had nothing to say , I know she heard me because I was right by the register and she was there with no one else in the store . She took a look at the display and had nothing to say . I commented to some girlfriends about the customer service and they feel the same . Don’t particularly like to go there because of this but this store has what I need at times

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
