- MWMichael WattsJan 25, 20261.0I would give them zero stars if I could based on my last experience, just this past Thursday. I was the only customer in the facility. Chanel was my hair stylist, didn't listen to anything I said. I told her that my hair parts in the middle, she cut it like it was a side part, she didn't bother to trim my bangs, so I had to do that when I got home. The reason for this is because she more interested in talking on the phone, she even started face timing someone while I was still in the chair. I did not consent to be in her face time conversation. Very unprofessional and absolutely no sense of taking care of the customer l. I would not go back, definitely won't let Chanel touch my hair.
