  The staff was the most friendly and professional !!! I have used a lot of wellness facilities and this one was one of the best! No questions on cleanliness. The relaxation chairs were absolutely fantastic. If we find ourselves back in the area (we're we're tourist) i will definitely do again!.

They took the time to walk me through the different options and helped me decide which service would be the best fit for my goals.   I’ve been a loyal Prime IV customer for over two years, and I used to drive 45 minutes just to visit because the staff was that fantastic. I was honestly hesitant to switch locationns but I am so glad I did. The new Valrico team is absolutely amazing! Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for their clients make every visit such a great experience. Prime IV has been a game-changer for my health, and this team continues to exceed every expectation. Highly recommend!

  Prime IV has helped with my skin. I suffered from psoriasis and when I started with Prime IV immediately I saw results. My skin cleared up all the way, without biologics in 6 months. The owners and the staff are all great. I feel like I am the only one there. From the time I walk in the place to when I leave, I receive great care. They are family to me. I would highly recommend them. It has even helped me through pre-menopause and weight loss They are a part of my self-care.

  Very personable. Extremely professional. This location as well as the Dale Mabry location is very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. The owner actually greets you be name. I have been a patient since the Dale Mabry location opened and now the Valrico location is closer to me. You will notice a difference after your first infusion!
