- TCTammy ConnallyDec 23, 20251.0I came to Sephora at Kohls with my daughter it was her birthday. And I was targered the moment we walked in my sister was present as well. I saw a white female start texting on her phone as we walked towards the register (check the cameras) and the black female rung us up she asked for my phone number and email 4 times which I expressed it's ok. I just want to pay and leave it was very intentional and no privacy. Another white female stayed behind her as she rung our item up. Me and my sister talked about how we were racially profiled the moment we enter the store I will be doing a feedback with corporate. Also when we came in there was no security at the door but when we left it was an Hispanic employee with a yellow work vest waiting at the exit door. 12/22/25 the incident occurred.
