  Very disappointing experience at Great Clips in Titusville, FL on April 11, 2026. We checked in for our son under my husband’s name, but staff could not find his information even though he’s been there before. One employee became frustrated and walked away, and it took multiple staff members to finally get him added. The stylist, Shannon, was unprofessional and rude. When my 11-year-old explained the haircut he wanted, she dismissed him and said, “That’s too short,” instead of listening. She did not speak to him during the haircut and at one point physically grabbed his shoulders and pulled him back into position, which he said hurt. Overall, poor customer service and inappropriate handling. We will not be returning.

  I have been getting my hair cut at Great clips for years. I love that my stylists in the past leave notes in my file so that no matter where I go, those notes are there. Specifically it says i prefer a dry trim and im letting the layers grow out. Unfortunately this is the first time I've felt the need to leave a bad review. I checked in online about 3:20 yesterday and arrived at 3:30. The location closes at 4. The lady behind the desk took my name and then immediately to the chair. She didnt take even one moment to read any notes on my file. She asked what i wanted done. I told her a simple trim to take off the dead ends. Just to even it out. Before I can say anything eles, the stylist is spraying water all over my head. I didnt say anything simply because I was done with my day and having wet hair until I get home isn't the end of the world this time. My simple trim came with a bad additude, a horrible tone as if I was an inconvenience to her day. Point blank made me feel unwelcome. She never asked another question before she started cutting. Never ever have I had a stylist start cutting before asking how much I was comfortabld taking off. 3inches is not what i imagined when i said a simple trim. 7 minutes later were at the checkout counter and she doesn't say a word. After swiping my card, She simply put the receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me. Thankfully Im only in town for vacation and this wont be a salon I ever have to visit again. She never did offer me her name.

  Honestly the lady that was helping us was very rude, she didn’t know what a skin fade was and told us to go to a barbershop. If they can’t do a simple skin fade then why do they show up when you search barbershop. I would not recommend this place to anyone

  I have been coming to this particular Great Clips for some time now. And for the most part they do a decent job of cutting my hair. Some times they miss a few hairs here and there but usually nothing terrible. It can get busy here and while I always check in on the app you do sometimes end up waiting longer then the app time says. For that I would usually rate this location 4 stars. The reason for the 3 star review was last time I visited the location on 2/28/26 and my haircut was terrible. I came in looking for a simple trim. Asked the stylist to take an inch off and trim my bangs, something that should be very simple. Well, she cuts my hair and after its all said and done then tells me something about how my hair is or lays and that she put some layers in it. She did not ask before hand if I wanted it layered, she just went ahead and did it. If she had asked I would have said no. My hair can be a bit of a curly mess and one of the only things that even tames it in the slightest is the length. Now with the layers my hair is an absolute disaster. Once it dried I have hair going every which way, its curling everywhere and makes me look like I have, what I can only describe, as permanent bed head. There is nothing that will fix this except time and letting it grow back out again. I guess what this will come down to in the future is not only telling the stylist what I want done but also telling them what I absolutely do not want done as well.
