- ABAshley BruceNov 11, 20253.0To start off veterans Day I stop by this Great clips which is listed to open at 8:00 a.m. This location didn't end up opening till close to 8:40 a.m. due to the stylist not being there on time except for one Win. We waited in the cold for an hour, then the other stylist Leslie ended up taking members walking in before us who waited in the cold for an hour and totally disregarded us. If it wasn't for stylist Win, I would have gave this location one star, not only that but I would never return. This location needs to do something special for Win, she was calling all over trying to get the store open, and showing great customer service to the veterans that were waiting along with the other customers as well. THANK YOU WIN, you did an amazing job.
- ABAshley BatrumNov 8, 20251.0I came in with a lot of length on my hair I told her that I wanted a bob with it stacked in the back I do have curly frizzy hair and I only paid for just a cut so I didn't style it until I got home and I realized that it wasn't even stacked in the back at all this is my first time getting a haircut in about 6 years at a salon I just hate that the experience wasn't that good yes the girl was really friendly and I enjoyed the conversation but the haircut was not at all but I paid for I did mention to the stylist that it needed to be shaved at the bottom with the clippers in order for it to be stacked because I've had this haircut before and she was confused like why I would want the clippers and did I really want to do that when I left I gave her a tip because I'm just that kind of person she did try and I'm not going to tell her to her face that she just didn't know how to do what I wanted
